Hayes Data Centre Issue
As of 15:00 UTC, all web servers in London data-center have been placed back in service. Both email and web services are functioning without any issues
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. This will be the final update for this incident.
As a result of a power issue our engineers took our web servers out of service in our London data-centre and routed traffic through other EU locations. Customers would have experienced minor email delays and slow browsing between 12:30 and 12:55 UTC. We will make a follow up posting when web routing is restored.
