FlowView Summarization of Cross Location Reporting, the Appliance FlowView Overview, and Hostname Resolution has been restored for all customers. You will notice a slight gap in available summary data for the next 24 hours. (All actual Flow Data has been retained and is available through FlowView Performance Charts, also, this does not affect Alerting or Reporting)
A resource issue has been identified as the root cause of this service interruption. Although no historic data is being lost, there is a constraint limiting the ability to properly summarize backlog data.
As of 20:20 UTC today 04.02.2015, some customers may experience issues loading FlowView Overview or Historic Data. This is being investigated currently and will update as more news is available.
